As you may have noticed from your dues statement, our dues have increased from $80 per year to $100. This is the result of dues increase from Kiwanis International and the Pacific Northwest district. Our club treasurer sends $93.70 per member per year to International and the District; which leaves $6.30 per member per year for use in our administrative fund. Ain't free enterprise great? Aberdeen charges $110, Centralia $120.

By the time you read this, Ray, Marla, Clarence, Annette, Steve, Chris and Roger will have gone to the Annual installation dinner in Ocean Shores. Chris will be inducted as our President, Roger will be inducted as our Secretary?Treasure and Clarence will be inducted as our Immediate Past President. Barry Freeman will be our Vice-president. Lt. Governor Bobbie Bryant will be doing the inducting.

October 17 is our annual Spaghetti Feed. Check our Spaghetti Feed Schedule to see where you fit in. It's nice having two people available for cleanup!!

Entertainment books have been on sale now for about a month. Books can be picked up from Steve at Edward Jones, or Ray at the Police Dept. Last year we sold close to 50. I think Ray said Craig Loucks is the big seller so far. Books are good from Nov. 1, 2003 to Oct. 31, 2004, and cost $30 each.

Steve presented us with a $190 check from Laser Ink for spent printer/fax cartridge collections.

To date we have receivied dues payment from Ray, Roger, Bob, David, Barry and Clarence. Nine more to go.
