The Spaghetti feed was another major success. We had a good turnout from the club and patrons. Interestingly we had more leftovers than we have had in the past, but we also had larger gross profits ($572) than we have had in the past. Since our ticket prices haven't changed, it must be an indication that people are eating less. Anyway next year we'll order a little less. Campbell Soup donated 12-71 oz tins of spaghetti sauce for this event as they have done in the past. Many thanks Campbell Soup and Marc Galland for arranging the donation.

Our next activity is Family Fun Night at Beacon School Tuesday Nov. 18, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Mary Lewis requested from 6 to 8 workers. So far Clarence, Steve, Roger, Ron, Jon and Sherm plan to be there. David and Barry will arrive 6:30ish. We will be serving Spaghetti (lots of experience) and helping with cleanup afterwards.

December 13 is the annual Festival of Lights concession. Check our FOP Concession Schedule to see where you fit in. We need to discuss what the club should be doing to provide barbecues. We're wearing out David's and Steve's. Make sure you read the notes at the bottom of the schedule even though they may not all apply.
